Level 1-8 is a level in Ground Hog Day. It introduces another type of vehicle, as well as a new type of wheel.

Parts

The player is given a 3x3 grid, along with the following parts:

• 1x Ross
• 1x Wooden Frame
• 3x Wooden Wheel
• 1x Metal Wheel

Completion

The solution of 1-8.

The player is awarded stars for the following conditions:

• Ross reaches the goal.
• The level is completed without using any Metal Wheels.
• The vehicle does not break. (No KRAK or SNAP)

With the given items, the only possible vehicle is a box surrounded by wheels. The player is only given three Wooden Wheels, so if they want to beat the level without using Metal Wheels, they have to leave one wheel out. The puzzle here is finding which wheel to remove.

The top wheel is the one that isn't needed. Without it, the cart will still be able to roll through the tunnels of this level and reach the goal. This is somewhat inconsistent, as the vehicle may not reach the goal at all, or it may reach the goal without a single part being broken.
